class=\"bumpedFont15\">Gwernyfed <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Ward of the Community of<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Gwernyfed <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">on the resignation<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">on<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">19 February 2026<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">of Councillor<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Keri Doell<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Rule 5 of The Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) Rules 2006, provides that on a casual vacancy occurring in the office of councillor of a community, an election to fill the vacancy shall be held if, within fourteen days (computed as stated below) after public notice of the vacancy has been given in accordance with Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act, 1972, notice in writing of a request for such an election has been given to the proper officer of the council of the county within which the c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ommunity is situate signed by TEN electors for the electoral area.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The Proper Officer is<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> the Deputy Returning Officer, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Powys County Council, County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span
