NOTICE OF VACANCY IN OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for Gwernyfed Community Council due to the resignation of Peter Varcoe.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if ten electors for the parish give notice in writing to the Returning Officer requesting such an election within 14 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays) from the date of this notice.

If no such request is received, the vacancy will be filled by co-option by the Council.
